1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website msbfurnitures.com or engaging the services of MSB FURNITURE MANUFACTURER & INTERIORS ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

MSB FURNITURE MANUFACTURER & INTERIORS provides the following services from our Hafeezpet manufacturing unit in Hyderabad:

• Custom furniture manufacturing (beds, sofas, dining tables, TV units, wardrobes)
• Modular kitchen design and installation
• Complete home interior design and turnkey execution
• False ceiling design and installation
• Interior painting and wall finishes
• Tile installation
• UPVC and aluminium window installation

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on project scope, site conditions, and material availability.

3. Quotation & Pricing

• All quotation estimates provided through our website, phone, or WhatsApp are approximate and subject to final site measurement and material confirmation.
• Prices are valid for 15 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise stated.
• Final pricing is confirmed only after site visit, design approval, and material selection.
• Prices mentioned on the website (if any) are indicative starting rates and may vary based on customization, dimensions, and material grade.

4. Design & Approval Process

• Design concepts and 3D layouts are provided after consultation and site measurement.
• Manufacturing begins only after the client provides written or WhatsApp confirmation of the final design.
• Design modifications requested after production has started may incur additional charges and timeline extensions.
• Color, texture, and grain variations in natural wood (e.g., teakwood) are inherent characteristics and not considered defects.

5. Payment Terms

• A booking advance (typically 40–50% of the total project cost) is required to initiate material procurement and manufacturing.
• Progress payments are made as per the agreed payment schedule.
• Final balance payment is due before or at the time of installation and handover.
• Accepted payment modes: Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI), cheque, or cash.
• All payments should be made in the name of MSB FURNITURE MANUFACTURER & INTERIORS.

6. Manufacturing & Delivery

• Estimated manufacturing timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation and are subject to change based on material availability and project complexity.
• Standard manufacturing time: 15–45 working days depending on the scope.
• Delivery and installation are included within the Hyderabad service area. Transportation charges may apply for locations outside the primary service area.
• Delays caused by site unreadiness, design changes, or force majeure are not the responsibility of MSB FURNITURE MANUFACTURER & INTERIORS.

7. Warranty Policy

• Structural warranty: We provide a warranty on structural defects in manufacturing (warping, joint failure, hardware malfunction) as specified in the individual project agreement.
• Hardware: Warranty on branded hardware (Hettich, Hafele, Ebco) is as per the hardware manufacturer's terms.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water exposure (beyond rated specifications), pest infestation, natural wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
• Warranty service: Contact us directly for warranty claims. We will assess and address valid claims within 7–14 working days.

8. Cancellation & Refund

• Orders may be cancelled before manufacturing begins, subject to a cancellation fee (typically 10–15% of the booking advance to cover design and administrative costs).
• Once manufacturing has started, cancellation will incur charges proportional to work completed and materials procured.
• Custom-manufactured furniture is made to your specific design and dimensions and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15–30 business days.

9. Site Conditions

• The client is responsible for ensuring the site is ready for installation (civil work completed, electrical points in place, walls plastered/painted as required).
• Any additional civil or electrical work required will be quoted separately.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues at the site.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, design elements, and branding — is the property of MSB FURNITURE MANUFACTURER & INTERIORS and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

MSB FURNITURE MANUFACTURER & INTERIORS shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
• Delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, government regulations).
• Minor color or texture variations between showroom samples/digital renders and the final installed product.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India and the State of Telangana.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
